Concrete epoxy process

Our skilled technicians use a diamond-tooled concrete grinder to ensure the surface is at a concrete profile level 2. This will increase the bond between the coating and the concrete. All spalling and cracks are filled with a quick-drying urethane compound and silica sand. A moisture barrier epoxy is recommended in all commercial kitchen/bathroom applications, as well as basements. Concrete staining
An acetone dye is generously applied in your choice of 27 different colors, and hundreds of color combinations. It’s followed by a urethane topcoat. Aluminum oxide or sand is applied with the topcoat to provide traction and slip resistance.
Epoxy flake or quartz
These offer a long-lasting, extremely durable, mold/mildew resistant flooring option. A base color of 100% solid epoxy is applied in which the flake or quartz is then broadcast into the wet epoxy. A urethane topcoat is then applied.Metallic epoxy
